My old dining table got damaged during the move, I noticed it was damaged when unloading it, so I told Rob my customer service agent and he agreed to repair it since movers were responsible for that. They worked around the clock

The loading team was smart and very easy to communicate with. It was raining on the move day but I was amazed on the movers instead of making excuses, they disassembled chairs, tables and beds quickly. Also the pieces were plastic-wrapped and loaded.
