I would not touch them with a 10 foot ...

The crew that came in Tucson were very nice. But they failed to take apart the dining room table and I didn't see that, I didn't catch that. They also didn't take apart my desk. They sent over not three like I was lead to believe, but six, which meant that there were people going all over the place. I was trying to keep up on what they were doing. when they arrived they hade an ABF truck that they were going to load and then it was not going to be unloaded before it got to Montana. But the actuality was that the ABF truck had a leak in the roof and it had been raining so there was water damage...All along this I was told I would be kept up to date with what was going on and where everything was. That didn't happen. I always had to be the proactive one calling them and asking where are my things. When I called on Tuesday and asked how it was going...do we have a date yet? They said yeah they'll be there Thursday, but let me check on that. They brought the truck on Monday, not Thursday. I said what time will the truck be here, he couldn't tell me. Well, it came and there was plenty of time for them to at least start unloading the truck. The next day when they came to unload the truck it was a snowstorm. When the movers arrived it looked like they had just been let out of jail. They were the sketchiest looking group I've ever seen. They only had two mats to lay out so I had snow all over the house. They were fine, they were great. No problems. Moving a car is not fun no matter what you do, but they were great, they did a great job. I thought they were very fair, they went by the hour so they guys when really fast and they were really respectful of the fact that they were on an hourly rate. Read more

They damaged my property and charged ...

They damaged some property and they said they would take care of everything. Then I got a long packet in an email about stuff I need to do. They said they were going to document everything but then everything fell on me. I'm going to go and repair everything on my own since I don't know how long it's going to take for someone to come out here and fix this stuff. So I wasn't very happy about that. I signed out before I was billed, about a half hour before the time they billed me for. So they billed me an extra half an hour. Overall, I wasn't very happy at all. They were very good, but they were 3 ...

I've used them twice, and the first time they were wonderful. This last time, they were very good, but they arrived like 3 hours late. And that had to do with the lack of a crew. The crew boss had been out on a previous move up until 11 pm the night before and they are not allowed by law to drive and to engage in work until, I think they have to rest for 12 hours or something. They arrived and they did their job, There were a couple of nicks and bent legs on things but they were very cooperative. They just did not notify us of the delay so were were just waiting and waiting. I called them 4 or 5 times because they were supposed to be there at 8:30 and they got there at 11. Read more

We were charged a lot more than what ...

We were a little disappointed. The movers came earlier than what they were scheduled. They came at 7 and they were supposed to be there at 9 in the morning. The movers themselves did OK, only they wasn't really prepared for the day--they didn't bring any water or anything like that. Then we were charged a lot more than what our estimate was. Read more

My bill was over by $300

The move itself was fine, but that's probably the only positive I can say about my move. I guess I was calling the manager today and they quoted me a price for $700 and my bill ended up being around $1,000 and I broke down my furniture before hand and didn't ask them to put the furniture together when they got to my destination. And they said they'd only charge me for mileage one way that once the truck was empty the bill stops, but they charged me drive for both directions. My bill was over by $300 some of my furniture was damaged, my front door was damaged and no one wanted to take responsibility, it's a brand new house so obviously there wasn't a chip in my front door before and it had one then. I was charged by the hour but it took ...

First of all you pay by the hour so my family came down and basically we'd taken apart everything and put it in the front living room. So basically all they had to do was load it. When I called I had a three bedroom house but one of the bedrooms has a single bed that was taken apart, the other bedroom had a queen-sized bed that I had taken apart -- no dressers. I had a desk that we had taken apart. Not a lot of furniture and when I called to get a quote they charged me an hour driving time to get there and leave there and said it wouldn't be more than 4 or 5 hours. It ended up being 11 hours. They sent 1 young guy and 1 older man. The young guy worked pretty fast, the older man was just lollygagging around. So I thought, next time I get a move I'm not going to do it by the hour if it's possible because they wracked it up. Also, I called in a customer complaint about my broken vacuum and they never called me back. Read more

Poor Service

We were all set to have this company move us from Tucson AZ to Cleveland Oh. The person who did the estimating for move was nice, but did a hurried appraisal and was sloppy. Very shortly before our move date he called to say he had under-estimated our cost of move and it would be a 1000 dollars more- more than likely. On top of that he was vague on what they would pack. We jump ship and went with a diff. moving company. If you use these folks, make sure they do a thorough appraisal and spend the time they need to do it properly!!! Would not recommend!!! Quick and efficient service

An average move

We thought the experience was fine until after they left. They were average. I thought the price was a little high. They didn't do any packing but the blanket wrapping over the fragile stuff was fine. Yes I received all the services that I requested. The crew were respectful. They were on time and friendly. Polite and accommodating

Moving can be burdensome and with toddlers it can be very difficult. Recently I have moved and thanks to this moving company, I have some beautiful memories. The movers were friendly and considerate. The move was over a short distance but they have done an excellent job at packing - nothing was broken. The most important thing was their pricing and I paid the amount that was quoted. On the whole it was a very good experience and a couple of my friends have taken their number. Read more

Average I suppose. The complaints I had but didn't bother to file on was that they told me I didn't have to remove the food from the freezer in advance. Otherwise I would not have ended up throwing all of my frozen foods away. They had me pack it in a box to be put in last and they were rushing so much they left it after setting it aside to load last. It wasn't until we were at the new property that I realized they didn't have the food. With there being three of them to my one, I felt torn and was not able to think when trying to answer all the questions they were throwing at me. I should have recruited friends to be there with me so that I didn't feel pulled in so many directions at once. That was frustrating to the point I kept thinking just let them get it over with and leave! That is not an experience I want to repeat anytime soon. Read more
