Thank you!

They were on time and very helpful when unpacking the items. They were good. All they did was let me know when they were coming. I was not present during the packing and loading process. Read more

Worst Mover I Have Used

All Points Pioneer moved my furniture and goods from my Dallas, TX, house into storage in November 2012. They delivered to my new home in WA, in January 2013. I have moved house four times in the past eight years and never had such a bad experience as this. All Points Pioneer failed to deliver many pieces of furniture and packages. Some of the items delivered were so badly damaged they had to be written off. There was a host of minor issues such as plastic feet and end caps missing from many things. Numerous items from picture frames to a large oak dining table were damaged and needed to be repaired. Just a couple of days ago I had to repair one of the bed frames because the movers had put it together so badly. In addition to that they had removed some fixings from the bed frame and left others in place. Explain the logic of that. On top of all that they also tried to deliver a chair to me that was not mine. During the moving process I became unhappy with the responses I was getting from All Points Pioneer and wrote to the manager (Chris) to complain. To this day I am still awaiting a reply! When I said that I wanted to make a claim (through insurance) I was sent the claim forms and duly filled them in and returned them only to be told I had been given the wrong forms and, what’s more, that I actually needed to deal with another office. Seven months after the move was completed I did receive some compensation but I still lost thousands of dollars. There were two main reasons for this 1: they failed to properly note everything on the inventory. The packing and moving took two days and the person responsible for the inventory was not present on the first day. That fact accounted for a lot of the items that they failed to note. Of course, it was my responsibility to check their inventory but after two days during which I was busy with work and planning my drive from TX to WA I must admit I could not recollect every single item that I owned and, trusting All Points Pioneer to be the professional establishment that was sold to me, I definitely put too much faith in them doing the job right. 2: Different colored tags were used to label my goods at different times during the pack. When it came to checking off the delivery I was juggling 20 pieces of paper and, not surprisingly, there were occasions when I checked off, for example, white tag 150 when I should have checked off orange tag 150. Furthermore, the papers were carbonless copy paper and checks from one page would copy through to another page. I was not made aware that this would happen, neither was I provided with anything to prevent that happening. I later reconciled everything and showed that on my paperwork with a double check mark ‘X’ instead of a single check mark ‘/’. However, All Points Pioneer insisted that if there was a check mark then it must be correct. I was not satisfied with my payout Read more
