It was a great experience. they had some technical issues so they were a little late, they issues with the GPS in their truck. They should be thrown in jail

I called them last October, They literally ruined some of my stuff, they stole jewelry and a pool cue. I didn't even receive a full copy of the bill. They were totally late and a complete rip-off. They are crooks and they all should be thrown in jail. Everything about the move was terrible and no one should ever use them. I am a 57-year-old disabled veteran and when I spoke with other companies, they all told me that I should never have gone with them because they cheat and they steal from you and twist your words. Unprofesional!

I can't believe what just happened. I had hired All Pro 2 years ago to move me from Nashua to Weare. The crew they sent was great. Hard working and very polite. They were my first and only call now that I need to move from Weare to Hillsborough. That's a call I will never make again! I scheduled the move several months ago with an agreed upon start time and budget. Apparently the start time is actually a 2 hour window that I was not made aware of. And to further complicate things the town of Weare decided to pave my road without notifying anyone on my road. I understand that neither the moving crew nor myself have any control over that. That being said, what happened next is unbelievable. What turned out to be an apparent miscommunication between the movers and a laborer on the paving crew resulted in the driver yelling profanities at the paving crew and leaving all the while Weare's road agent (you know the BOSS of the entire project) was finding a solution to get the moving truck in my driveway. But none of mattered at that point anyway because the truck was heading back to Manchester and I had just gotten off the phone with the owner who himself had just berated and yelled profanities at me (you know, the customer) for the entire situation. I now have entire house full of furniture that I have to move by myself. Totally unprofessional. In my opinion stay as from this company as possible. Read more

The guys I was sent were great, there ...

The experience was good, but I could have used an extra person when the piano was moved. I think it was a little extra work for just two people to be able to move down the steps. But that's the only comment I have that's not 100%. Otherwise, they were very timely and quick. They did a nice job the two guys that were there, I have no complaints about them. Read more

Movers didn't even move all of our ...

They forgot about us...I called them when they were late and they showed up three hours after that. There was a snowstorm that day, but instead of calling us to cancel they just ended up coming three hours late. It was obvious that the people who had come didn't think they would be working that day because they were really angry and swearing the whole time they were moving us. After we paid them at our new place, we went back to our old place and saw about 10 percent of our stuff still sitting there. I contacted the manager, whoever was running it, and he said "Well I'll have to talk to my movers and find out what the story is" and then he never got back to us. I would suggest that they show up on-time, that they don't swear in front of their customers, and that they actually move all of the stuff. Read more

They were very good. They came and did a good job. They were polite. They worked hard. Pricing was reasonable. I did receive all the services that I requested. No suggestions, except that I think they were efficient and that the future customers would be happy with using them. I packed my own stuff.... Read more

Don't Use All Pro

Awful company to do business with. They lost some of our goods("robably went to Florida") and damaged others. Not stored in a safe, clean environment. Tried to resolve problems but they took forever and paid us pennies on the dollar for the missing goods and didn't even offer to repair damaged goods. Read more
