Really great movers. Seamless and easy booking. They even arrived 15 minutes early on our move day! I had Jason's team. They were awesome, and cared for our furniture well. Brought everything that was needed and made to asks specifically how we'd like our furniture wrapped and moved. Efficient Moving Company

I used Bingo moving company for my move within hoboken. They were excellent! They were extremely efficient and courtesy of our belongings. Only 2.5 hours for the entire move and they wrapped all the furniture so nothing was damaged. They were patient with getting our couch through the door and were able to dissemble and assemble quickly! And they were nice and courtesy which was a major plus for me because some movers aren't so friendly. I highly recommend and will always use them for my future moves! Read more

Great Job

These guys did a great job. They moved our whole apartment from Harrison to Secaucus in 3 hours. They came on time, and stayed exactly what they quoted. They wrapped the furniture in blankets, re packed some of our boxes so that it would be better in transit and didn't break a singe thing! Couldn't be more pleased. They were fantastic. I had to move from one town to another just a few miles away, so it wasn't a far distance, but I'm a single mom and needed a lot of help. I hired them to pack and move and that's what they did. They arrived on time, were very careful with everything fragile, were polite and thorough. I underestimated how much sh** I had and they were very tactful and fair when I had to purchase more boxes to get my stuff to the next house. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Read more

Happy Experience

I am so happy with my experience with Bingo moving company. First off the quote they provided was much better than other companies that charged a minimum for time and distance (they also got back to me so quickly. Really appreciated their communication up until the move including little tips on how to make it all go smoother. They arrived within the time I was promised, and texted me 15 before pulling up so I was prepared. The three movers I had were so organized and quick that the whole process took much less time than originally planned for, leaving me the rest of the day to pack. Bingo Moving 107 Trumbull Street Elizabeth NJ 07206 US DOT: 3157393 MC: 108747 I completed a request for a quote online. Received a call from Scott,booked the move for the following day. That same night I received a call from the manager Alex who stated that he couldn't move me because the price that I was quoted was wrong. I practically begged him to move me and he said no he will refund the money. I even sent a text to him pleading with him (no response). I called the following day to see if the refund was submitted and received a confirmation number. Eight days later I called back,I never received the refund. I've called about 15 times,I've spoken to Scott,Alex (Manager),Mike (Operations Manager),Antonio (Supervisor),Louis (Supervisor),Jason,Arthur and Adriel,still no refund 18 days later. The worse part of it all is some workers wouldn't give me their names,i've been hung up on,transferred,left on hold 30-40 minutes and rudely spoken to. I've even had a worker say to me,well you signed the electronic form for the deposit,it's non refundable. I stated to him that their company cancelled the move,not me. It's horrible how this so called family business works. I now have to file a claim with my Bank,BBB,leave reviews to warn people and anything else that I can do to help others so that they are not taken advantage of like me. I refuse to call back! Also,they work under different business names like Riteway Relocation in Florida... etc... Read more
