They showed up on the 17th at 4 p.m. and I said, you're going to pack a house and move it in four hours? They showed up with five boxes to pack a three-bedroom house. At 9 they said we don't have enough boxes, we have to go to the store to buy boxes. After they charged me $900 to do this. No Customer Service

Had 3 boxes, a bookcase and china hutch to move. They lost one of the lost boxes. I asked them to check where else they had been that for the box, the items in the box can't be replaced, 300 photos from the 1920s to 2014, five generations of my family which no other copies, a hand written journal from 1927 written by my Mother. They could have cared less, gave me a phone number to call for their claims department, which gave me a website for a form to fill out. They have not tried to locate the box at all. Read more
