Worst company in existence

Absolutely horrendous experience. Went through everything on the list before they showed up. Were charged more money for extra items that they didn’t bother including the first time around. SCAM! THEY WILL OVERCHAGE AND ALSO ...

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A SCAM AND THEIR MOVERS WILL STEAL FROM YOU. I hired a moving company to move from across the country and they contracted oasis to come pick up our stuff. Not only their service was terrible ( inexperienced movers, took them almost 8 hours to load the truck, left important items) but they charged us 2x what they had quoted and also stole from us. Once they left we realized we were missing a laptop and wireless headphones left in a personal bag we had instructed not too touch. The owner of the company said he would guarantee items will be delivered with he rest of our stuff as he would confront the movers at their arrival to their location where they would transfer our stuff to a bigger truck for the final move. Not only we didn't receive the stolen items but we were also missing additional items which had been packed in the truck inside boxes (some boxes were broken and opened, we were missing an xbox one and smart watch). The owner didn't take any responsibility from anything missing and demanded payment in cash or he would take our stuff and sell everything in an auction. This was a terrible experience, I hired a moving company to make things easier for my family and it ended being a nightmare. This company should not be in business. Worst Company You Could Ever Use

Long story short, this company sticks. A lot of stuff arrived broken (including our piano). They are late to everything. Our movers literally showed up at 7pm at night. They also couldn't tell us when our stuff would get to Nebraska which was about a 11 hour drive from where we were staying. Then all of a sudden we get a call and are told are stuff will be there the next day and we have to make the drive out there. We have two little kids so all of the "we have no idea" answers made it hard to plan anything around when to arrive at our new home. They also are really bad at estimating the amount of space you stuff will take. We went through a very detailed review the day before the arrived and they were still so far off their guesstimate that we had to pay an additional $1200 (of course by then the truck is loaded and it's too late to tell them to get the heck out of there). Save your time and money. This company doesn't care about you or your stuff. Read more

They Talk A Good Game BUT....

don't use

NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Lets just say they do not communicate well. they don't tell you anything.. just read what we send you.. tell you one thing and do another. so they tell me that they have 1 to 18 days to deliver my stuff after i advise them i want it. They send an email saying they have received my request(i emailed them the request and they email me back saying i have to call... really).. they send me another email saying they put it in a truck and it will be here in 4 to 6 days. well when I call them on the 5th day they have no idea about time frame. They can't get a hold of the driver. was told the driver would call, he did not.. i ask the to confirm that that since they are delivering it outside of what they promise they will not charge for having to deliver it on monday, a holiday.. they never call me back and when i call them they act like of course... one point I tell the delivery coordinator when she says she thinks they will be saturday.. but that is not the 18th days or the 6th day . I have taken time off from work for this. well am not looking at a calendar I am sure you are telling me the truth.. you don't have calendar handy a coordinator?? when they came to pack my stuff i adv them of two items to plz be careful with them.. they showed no concerns about my concerns and when they arrived they were damage.. they packed heavy boxes on lighter weight boxes so most of the things were smashed... It was fine overall, I don't really have any complaints. It was the best price I got overall. ...They took care of my things really well. I would recommend them. They actually took care of my appliances very well. I had everything wrapped and in storage and they took time to re-wrap it better. Read more

I wasn't too pleased with the final ...

They quoted me $1600 and it actually ended up being $2300 or something like that. They told me it was because I had odd-shaped objects in the truck. It wasn't even a big truck-it was a little, smaller truck. I feel like I got ripped off. Read more
