Worst moving experience I ever had

When they arrived first of all for a 3 BR house they brought a little small truck that could barely move a 1 BR apartment. I used to be in the military and rented bigger trucks to move myself when I was single. I am now a disabled vet and can't move myself anymore. At first they were fast and I thought good they are pros, and then they slowed down and sometimes were just talking about personal stuff and not moving anything. I never had a follow up call to see how the move went, so once they get paid I guess they don't care anymore. All I can say after moving all over the world in the military and seeing real pros even move people over seas. I was really disappointed for paying a $115.00 an hour. Needless to say they wanted to make a separate trip and milk me for more money and I did not agree with them on that one, so thanks to some kind people at U-Haul; I had the rest of the stuff left behind in this great moving experience taking to my new house, but still mad about the whole thing. U-Haul I wish I knew before gives you a 2 man crew for only 199.00 for the whole day. All you have to do is drive the truck you rent. Read more
